Return Policy.
We offer a 30day return policy for all products purchased on this website. To return products, you must call and get a return authorization number within 30 days of the receiving date. Products must be in its original condition and returned in its original box. Returns will not be accepted if product has been sized or damaged. The full amount of the item will be credited back to the credit card once the item is received. Shipping and handling costs incurred to return an item are not reimbursed.
Shipping:
RSD ships free to all states. We are not currently shipping outside the USA. Private insurance is included in all shipments. Orders under $400 will be sent Priority Mail, over $400 orders are shipped Postal Express. Currently, RSD does not ship outside the USA.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM central time. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
